Our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup starts with 100% Grade A Dark Massachusetts Made Maple Syrup. We put it into a once used oak bourbon barrel from a local brewery. It’s then aged for 9 months where the syrup takes in all the delicious flavors from the barrel. The syrup emerges with buttery-smooth vanilla and caramel undertones and a hint of bourbon.
It’s perfect to transform your pancakes, waffles, sausage & bacon to a gourmet treat! Also can be used as an ice cream, oatmeal or yogurt topping, or as a glaze for steak, pork or salmon. Can be mixed in your cocktail as a simple syrup substitute, or in coffee as a substitute for sugar. The possibilities are endless!
